Wichita Affordable Housing

OUR MISSION

There is currently a massive housing crisis in Wichita with an estimated 25,000 homes needed for Affordable housing. Our goal is to start addressing this crisis by building high quality affordable homes. Our organization is using a two pronged approach by providing both modular homes and standard stick build homes. We have found away to provide high quality homes in affordable status without the help of Government assistance.

Prime Craftsman Homes

The modular company we are using is Prime Craftsman Homes. Prime was started by Amanda Thompson and is located out of Tulsa Oklahoma. These Homes are built For Efficiency, Durability and Affordability. There homes are built at a higher standard than HUD housing standards while being more affordable. We hope to bring a factory to Wichita which will bring costs down while providing jobs to many.
